Part 1 - This section presents the photographs of the author, Sheena Ricarte, and her publication, "International Education: An Anthology of Ideas about the Phenomenon" (2014) during her visit to De La Salle University-Manila's Library at the Henry Sy, Sr. Hall. Her book was recently acquired by the University in November 2015. The book's call number is LC1090.R54 2014. It can be accessed at Shelf 201, 12th Floor, Filipiniana Section of the Learning Commons Library of the Henry Sy, Sr. Hall, De La Salle University-Manila. Also included in the photographs are Miss Ricarte with Ms. Ana Maria Fresnido, Director of Libraries of De La Salle University-Manila who assisted Miss Ricarte in her documentation of her book; the bust of the Philippine national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal; a replica of the historic 19th-century British ship, the Cutty Sark; the facade of the Henry Sy, Sr. Hall; the Cory Aquino Democratic Space; the Christmas Tree at the lobby of the building; and other personal photographs of the author.
